Each year we offer internships to students in their final year of study. Interns are integrated into existing teams that are on assignment at the client's premises. Here interns learn about the financial markets and trading first hand, being immersed directly in the capital markets universe. This type of placement also allows interns to fully understand every aspect of a consulting career.

The goal of our internship program is for the internship to lead to a permanent position. Therefore Team Trade's level of investment is very high and all staff is committed to making internships productive and enriching. Each intern is accompanied by a member of the HR department, benefits from coaching by a senior consultant, and has access to a panoply of functional and technical training, from senior team members.
